Austin Hispanic Hall of Fame
The purpose of the Austin Hispanic Hall of Fame is to recognized those activists who have made a positive contribution to the community. It has been estimated that there are over 100 individuals in the Great Austin area, both living and deceased, who would/could/should be candidates for inclusion into this hall of fame project.
At the present time the Austin Hispanic Hall of Fame will have an internet presence and a physical presence in a public place to be selected. The first round of inductees took place in October of 2023. Their photos and biographical sketches appear below.
The second round of inductees will take place in the next few months and announced in La Voz de Austin Newspaper. The nomination window for the second round will also be announced in La Voz Newspaper.
